Why Jump Rope Travels
- Weighs almost nothing
- Fits in any bag
- Works in small spaces
- No gym membership needed
- Complete workout in 15 minutes
Space Requirements
You need roughly 1.5m x 2m of clear space. That's most hotel rooms, AirBnBs, or outdoor patios. Move the furniture if needed.
The Hotel Room Workout
No-noise version (people below you):
- Invisible jump rope (no rope, just the motion)
- Low step-overs
- Mix with bodyweight exercises
Full workout (ground floor or outdoors):
Warm-up: 2 minutes easy jumping
Circuit (repeat 3x):
- 1 minute jumping
- 10 push-ups

- 10 lunges (each leg)
- 1 minute rest
Cool-down: 2 minutes stretching
Total: 20 minutes, full body, no equipment except the rope.
Packing Tips
- Coil the rope, secure with a rubber band

Coach Joaquín's travel rule: "No excuses on the road. The rope goes where you go."
